摘 要:为解明宁波某养殖场乌鳢死亡的原因,从患典型症状病鱼体内分离到1株细菌WLY01,经形态学观察、生理生化表型鉴定和16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定该菌为伊丽莎白菌(Elizabethkingia sp.).该菌最适生长温度为37℃,其对绵羊血、小鼠血、乌鳢血和鲫鱼血等都有较强溶血活性,呈β溶血.人工感染试验表明:该菌主要通过鱼体表受伤部位感染,发病症状和死亡速度与创伤程度呈明显相关性,其8 d的LD_(50)为1.69×10~6cfu·g^(-1),对乌鳢具有较强致病性.药敏试验显示:该菌对米诺环素、恩诺沙星、利福平、强力霉素、磺胺异唑、依诺沙星等6种药物较敏感,因此,可把米诺环素、利福平、强力霉素、磺胺异唑等作为治疗鱼类伊丽莎白菌病的候选药物.In order to identify the pathogens of the Channa argus batch death from a farm in Ningbo,the dominant bacteria(WLY01)was isolated from the diseased fish.It was identified as Elizabethkingia sp.,based on morphological,biochemical and physiological characteristics and sequencing of 16S rDNA.The strain has strong hemolytic activity withβhemolysis against sheep blood,mouse blood,snakehead blood and crucian carp blood.Artificial infection experiment demonstrated that the isolates were mainly infected by the wound surface of the fish.The symptoms and death rate were significantly correlated with the degree of trauma.The LD50 of the strain was 1.69×106 cfu?g-1,which was highly pathogenic to the Channa argus.The result of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolates were sensitive to the Minocycline,Enrofloxacin,Rifampin,Doxycycline,Sulfafurazole,and Enoxacin.It is suggested that Minocycline,Rifampin,Doxycycline and Sulfafurazole can be used as candidate drugs for treatment of fish Elizabethkingia.
