血清FGF21水平与心房颤动风险研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人类成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)21与心房颤动之间的关系。方法入选心房颤动患者326例,健康体检者100例,将心房颤动患者分为阵发性房颤组、持续性房颤组和永久性房颤组。检测受试者血清FGF21、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,测量左房直径、左室射血分数等指标。结果心房颤动组血清FGF21水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血清FGF21水平与血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇及左房直径呈正相关(P<0.05)。房颤组间各指标比较发现,血清FGF21在永久性房颤组患者中含量最高,持续性房颤组次之,阵发性房颤组最低,且各组有差异(P<0.05);而高密度胆固醇则在3组房颤患者体内呈相反趋势(P<0.05)。结论血清FGF21水平与心房颤动相关,FGF21有可能参与了心房颤动的发展过程。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum fibroblast growth factor21(FGF21)level with the presence of atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods Totally326patients with AF and100healthy control subjects were enrolled.All AF patients were divided into three groups:paroxysmal AF group,persistent AF group and permanent AF group.The serum levels of FGF21,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol were detected,meantime the left atrial diameter and the left ventricular ejection fraction were measured.Results The serum FGF21level was significantly higher in the AF patients than in the controls(P<0.05),and was positively correlated with serum triglyceride and total cholesterol levels and the left atrial diameter(P<0.05).The inter-group comparison of the AF patients indicated that the serum FGF21level was the highest in the permanent AF group and the lowest in the paroxysmal AF group while the HDL-cholesterol content was the highest in the paroxysmal AF group and the lowest in the permanent AF group(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum FGF21level is correlated with AF,which indicates that FGF21might play a role in the development of AF.
