摘　　要：阐明了液压码垛机工作原理,针对砖坯码垛的工况,设计了一种基于PLC控制的自动化液压码垛系统,以PLC为控制核心、行程开关为反馈,控制液压缸的启停顺序,达到自动化码垛目的。码坯机通过更换夹具、修改程序可以适用不同的工况码垛,系统稳定性强,生产效率高。This paper illustrates the working principle of hydraulic setting machine,according to the condition of brick setting,an automatic hydraulic setting system based on PLC control is designed.With PLC as control core and travel switch as feedback,the order of start and stop of hydraulic cylinder is controlled to achieve the purpose of automatic setting.By changing grippers and modify the program,the system adapts different setting conditions,and achieves high stability and high production efficiency.
