摘　　要：为了解决真空挤出机用行星齿轮减速机使用中出现的问题,对其进行了跟踪统计和分析,找出了其使用中存在的不利条件和设计薄弱环节,以此为基础对该系列减速机进行了优化设计。经使用证明,改进后的减速机使用寿命延长,满足设计使用要求。This article carries on the follow-up statistics and the analysis to it,finds out its existence unfavorable condition and the weak point in design.Based on this,the series reducer has been optimized.The practice proved that the service life of the improved planetary gear reducer has been extended and meets the design requirements.
