摘　　要：采用更加细化的调质工艺,并通过改进装炉方式、分层摆放、增加辅助支撑点的方法,满足大型环类锻件高硬度、高均匀性的要求,有效减小变形量。Byusing morerefined quenching and tempering process,improving the method of installingthe furnace,placingthe layers and adding auxiliary support points,to meet the requirements of high hardness and high uniformity of large ring forgings,and effectively control andreduce the amount of deformation.
