自拟“二至更年汤”治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟"二至更年汤"对围绝经期女性植物雌激素样作用的临床治疗效果,并进行安全性评价。[方法]31例治疗组围绝经期综合征患者予以自拟"二至更年汤"治疗,31例对照组患者予以坤宝丸治疗,3个疗程后,将治疗组与对照组进行分析比较,观察疗效。[结果]1)有效率:治疗组总有效率为100%;对照组总有效率为90.3%,治疗组与对照组疗效比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治愈率两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2)Kupperman评分:治疗组治疗前与治疗后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗前与治疗后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3)女性激素水平:两组治疗后与治疗前比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]"二至更年汤"以传统名方二至丸为基础,缓解了肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者的诸多症状,Kupperman评分、激素水平均有显著改善,疗效确切、显著,具有一定的临床应用价值。[Objective]To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of“Erzhi Gengnian decoction”on phytoestrogen like effect in perimenopausal women,and to evaluate its safety.[Methods]The31cases of perimenopausal syndrome in the treatment group were treated with“Erzhi Gengnian decoction",31cases in the control group were treated with Kunbao pills.After3courses,the experimental group and the control group were analyzed and compared,and the curative effect was observed.[Results]The efficiency rate of the treatment group was100%;the control group,the total effective rate was90.3%.There was no difference in the curative effect between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The cure rate of the two groups,there were significant differences(P<0.01).The cure rate of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The Kupperman score:the treatment group before treatment compared with after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the control group before treatment compared with after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The female hormone levels in two groups before treatment group serum E2,FSH,LH(P<0.05).[Conclusion]“Erzhi Gengnian decoction”is based on the traditional prescription of Erzhi pill,which relieves the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome in patients with liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and the Kupperman score and hormone levels are significantly improved.The curative effect is exact and significant,and has certain clinical application value.
