血府逐瘀胶囊对流产大鼠血瘀型产后恶露不绝治疗作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究血府逐瘀胶囊对流产大鼠血瘀型产后恶露不绝的治疗作用。[方法]将实验动物按体质量随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组、血府逐瘀高、中、低剂量组。雌雄按2∶1比例合笼,雌鼠受孕第7天分别灌胃米非司酮和米索前列醇,复制大鼠早孕流产模型,造模后给予受试药7 d,测定血流变,血小板聚集率、血红蛋白含量、红细胞数目、子宫病理形态学,免疫组化法测定子宫微血管密度(MVD)。[结果]血府逐瘀胶囊高、中剂量组可以显著降低产后血瘀大鼠血小板聚集率(P<0.05,P<0.01),改善血流变学相关指标,降低全血及血浆黏度(P<0.05,P<0.01),增加血瘀大鼠的红细胞(RBC)及血红蛋白(HGB)含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。改善模型大鼠生存状态、子宫形态,提高子宫MVD,促进血管再生。[结论]血府逐瘀胶囊对产后血瘀所致恶露不绝的大鼠有较为明显的治疗作用。[Objective]To study the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule on the blood stasis in abortion rats.[Methods]The rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,positive medicine group,Xuefu Zhuyu high,middle and low dose group.Male and female in accordance with the ratio2∶1and cage,the seventh day of the conception,female were gavaged by mifepristone and misoprostol to contribute abortion rats model.Gavage Xuefu Zhuyu capsule for7days,hemorrheology,platelet aggregation rate,hemoglobin content,erythrocyte number,uterine pathological morphology and uterine microvascular density(MVD)were determinated.[Results]High&medium group can significantly reduce rat platelet aggregation rate(P<0.01),improve hemorrheology indexes,reduce blood and plasma viscosity(P<0.05or P<0.01),increase abortion rats RBC and HGB content(P<0.05or P<0.01).Xuefu Zhuyu capsule improved the model rat survival state,uterine form,MVD and promoted angiogenesis.[Conclusion]Xuefu Zhuyu capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on abortion rats.
