摘　　要：新时代背景下城市群一体化发展越来越成为我国新型城镇化发展的主体形态,也将成为我国区域经济发展新常态。在此进程中我国会产生越来越多新的区域性城市群。以扬子江城市群为例探讨了区域性城市群发展轨迹,发现扬子江城市群已经形成了严密的城市网络构造,具备了一体化发展的支撑条件,但同时扬子江城市群存在着城市布局不够优化,城市合作激励不足等一体化发展瓶颈。因此,扬子江城市群应该从政策和机制两个维度进一步优化一体化发展路径,通过创新扬子江城市群区域发展政策,构建扬子江城市群区域协调机制促进扬子江城市群一体化发展。The integration development of urban cluster is becoming the main form of the new type of urbanization in China,which also will become a new normal of regional economic development.For this reason,our country will produce more and more new regional urban clusters.This paper discusses the development trajectory of regional urbanclusters with the example of the Yangtze river urban cluster,and finds that the Yangtze riverurban clusters has formed a strict urban network as well as the support condition ofintegration development.However,there are some integration development bottlenecks such as chaotic urban layout、inadequate urban cooperation incentives and so on.Therefore,we should further optimize the path of integration from the two dimensions of policy and mechanism,developing policies for the development of the Yangtze river urban cluster and constructing the regional coordination mechanism of Yangtze river urban clusters.
