摘　　要：《中国共产党章程》(简称党章)是党的最高行为规范,是制约全党行为的总纲领,是体现中国共产党的整体利益和意志的根本大法。中国共产党迄今为止共制定了8部党章。每一部党章中关于"党员条件"的变化,都深刻反映了党不断与时俱进、自我革新的发展历程,也记录了党由幼稚到成熟、从革命党到执政党的历史进程。加强对党章的研究,不仅有助于理解好、掌握好马克思主义建党的学说,还对总结党的建设的经验教训,把握党的建设的客观规律,深刻认识中国共产党历史发展的脉络具有重要意义。The"Constitution of the Communist Party of China"(hereinafter referred to as the"Party Constitution")is the highest code of conduct of the Party and the general program for restricting the whole party's behavior.It is the fundamental law that embodies the overall interest and will of the Chinese Communist Party.The changes in"Party members conditions"in every party constitution profoundly reflect the development history of the party in continuously advancing with the times and in self-innovation as well as the historical progress of the party from naive to mature and from the revolutionary party to the ruling party.Strengthening the study of the party constitution not only helps to understand and master the doctrine of Marxist party building,but also has important significance in summing up the experiences and lessons from the party building,grasping the objective law of party building and deeply understanding the historical development of the communist party of China.
