摘  要:针对温室大棚内土壤土传病原菌多、农药残留量高的特性,研制出了既能生物降解农药残留、又能生物防治土传病害的生物修复剂。该菌剂以玉米秸秆为原料经水热处理后,固体发酵制成。采用室内土壤降解试验,在菌剂加入量5 g/kg干土、多菌灵量为100 mg/kg干土时,灭菌土壤中的多菌灵8 d被完全降解,而自然土壤中的多菌灵被完全降解缩短到6 d,说明土著微生物和降解菌共代谢降解作用明显。另外,还做了修复剂对黄瓜枯萎病的活体防效试验,防治效果达到81.7%,优于化学农药。In order to solve these problems of more soil borne pathogens and and high pesticide residue in the greenhouse,a bioremediation agent was developed to the biodegradation of pesticide residue and biological control of soil-borne diseases.Using corn straw as the raw material,the agent was produced through hydrothermal treatment and solid fermentation.Adding5g/kg dry soil and100mg/kg carbendazim to it,the carbendazim in sterilized soil was degraded completely after8days by laboratory experiment of soil degradation where as the carbendazim in natural soil was degraded completely only after6days.The results showed that effect of co-metabolism and degradation of indigenous microorganisms and degrading bacteria was obvious.The control effect experiment on cucumber Fusarium wilt in vivo was conducted.The prevention effect was up to81.7%and was more efficient than the chemistry pesticide.
