摘　　要：农业发展离不开科技进步,农业科技成果转化是加快实现现代农业发展的必然选择。通过分析新常态下湖南农业科技成果转化的现状和存在问题,找出制约农业科技成果转化的相关因素,提出了提高农业科技成果供给能力、创新农业科技服务体系、加强现代职业农民培训、完善政策法规体系建设和制度设计等相关建议。The development of agriculture cannot be separated from scientific and technological progress,and the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is the inevitable choice to accelerate the development of modern agriculture.Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Hunan agricultural scientific and technological achievements under the new normal state,to find out the related factors that restrict the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in this province.Several suggestions were put forward for improving the supply ability of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,innovating the agricultural science and technology service system,strengthening the training of modern vocational farmers,improving the construction of policies and regulations,and designing the system.
