摘 要:炭黑补强填充体系对于天然橡胶疲劳裂纹而言,具有降低其扩展速率的功效,本文通过高速摄像仪的检测方式,确定炭黑填充下的天然橡胶疲劳裂纹扩展情况,通过研究发现,天然橡胶在填充炭黑的情况下,其裂纹会呈现剥离状态以及断裂状态,而炭黑则可以抑制扩展速率,保证天然橡胶分子的均匀分布。希望通过本文的分析,可以为抵抗开裂的天然橡胶设计提供可行性借鉴意义。As for the fatigue crack of natural rubber,the filling system of carbon black has the effect of reducing its expansion rate.In this paper,the fatigue crack growth of natural rubber filled with carbon black is determined by the high speed camera.It is found that when natural rubber is filled with carbon black,the cracks will exhibit peeling state and fracture state,while carbon black can inhibit the growth rate and ensure the uniform distribution of natural rubber molecules.It is hoped that through the analysis of this paper,it can provide a useful reference for the design of natural rubber to resist cracking.
