摘　　要：在轮胎混炼胶生产过程中,为了实现胶料重量数据采集的可靠性、连续性,同时避免密炼车间大功率设备干扰,在胶片冷却联动装置叠片收胶工位加装托利多SB-1T称重传感器、AJB-05接线盒和托利多IND331称重显示控制器组合与胶片冷却联动装置的西门子S7-300系列PLC通过PROFIBUS-DP通讯,实现胶片冷却装置的叠片收胶自动精确称重功能。In the production of tire compound,in order to realize the reliability and continuity of the data collection of the weight of the rubber,at the same time,to avoid the interference of the high-power equipment in the workshop,Toledo SB-1T weighing sensor,AJB-05junction box and Toledo IND331weighing display controller combination are installed at stacked rubber collecting station of sheet cooling linkage device.Those devices communicate with the SIEMENS S7-300series PLC of the sheet cooling linkage device through PROFIBUS-DP to realize the automatic Stacking and weighing function of the sheet cooling device.
