螺丝滚镀锌镀层发白和中性盐雾试验后发黑的原因分析与对策

摘　　要：某线盘产品的滚镀锌螺丝存在螺纹处锌层发白和经48 h中性盐雾试验后螺帽处有黑斑的问题。分析认为锌层太厚以及封闭工艺不合理是主要原因。通过缩短电镀锌和封闭的时间以及降低封闭剂浓度,该问题得到解决。The screws used in a wire panel had two problems:one is the paling phenomenon of barrel plated zinc coating on the thread,and the other is the formation of black spots on the cap after neutral salt spray test for48h.It is indicated by analysis that too thick zinc coating and unsuitable sealing process are the main causes.The problem can be solved through shortening the zinc electroplating and sealing time and reducing the concentration of sealing bath.
