调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗慢性唇炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗慢性唇炎的临床效果。方法选取我院皮肤科慢性唇炎患者64例为研究对象,随机分为试验组(34例)与对照组(30例)。对照组予以外用硼酸氧化锌软膏并口服地氯雷他定分散片及甘草锌颗粒治疗。试验组在对照组的基础上联合调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为91.17%,显著高于对照组的53.34%(P<0.05)。试验组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗慢性唇炎效果可靠,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chronic cheilitis.Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with chronic cheilitis admitted in dermatology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(34cases)and control group(30cases).栽he control group was treated with zinc borate ointment for external use,oral desloratadine dispersible tablets and licorzine granules;the experimental group was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was91.17%,which was significantly higher than53.34%in the control group(P约0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Q-switched Nd:YAG laser is reliable for the treatment of chronic cheilitis,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
