左旋肉碱联合重组人红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析左旋肉碱联合重组人红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月在我院治疗的60例肾性贫血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。所有患者均进行常规治疗,在血透后给予重组人红细胞生成素进行治疗,而观察组患者加用左旋肉碱进行治疗,评价两组患者血压升高情况、血红蛋白及红细胞比容水平。结果观察组患者血压升高发生率低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血红蛋白及红细胞比容水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肾性贫血患者的治疗中,重组人红细胞生成素同左旋肉碱联合治疗的效果确切,有效改善了患者的血红蛋白和红细胞比容水平,减少了重组人红细胞生成素的用量,降低血压升高发生的风险,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of L-carnitine combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods The study selected60patients with renal anemia treated in our hospital from January2016to January2017as subjects.All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with30cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional treatment,and given recombinant human erythropoietin after hemodialysis.The observation group was treated with L-carnitine on the basis of the conventional treatment.The blood pressure,hemoglobin and hematocrit level in the two groups were evaluated.Results The incidence rate of increased blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit in the two group were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with renal anemia,the combination of recombinant human erythropoietin and L-carnitine is effective,which can improve the hemoglobin and hematocrit level,reduce the amount of recombinant human erythropoietin and decrease the risk of blood pressure.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
