剖宫产瘢痕妊娠、宫颈妊娠治疗中宫腔镜的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠、宫颈妊娠治疗中宫腔镜的临床应用效果。方法 98例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠、宫颈妊娠患者根据治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组基于常规治疗行清宫手术治疗,观察组基于常规治疗行宫腔镜治疗;比较两组临床疗效。结果瘢痕妊娠患者各指标:观察组治疗后表面基层厚度、子宫恢复时间、手术治疗成功率及平均人体绒膜促性腺激素(HGG)水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);宫颈妊娠患者各指标:观察组治疗后子宫恢复时间、术中出血量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产瘢痕妊娠、宫颈妊娠治疗中宫腔镜的应用效果显著,可使子宫恢复时间缩短,并使手术成功率提升,减少手术过程中的出血量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and cervical pregnancy.Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy and cervical pregnancy were divided intoobservation group and control group according to treatment methods,with49cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was treated with uterine curettage based on the basis of the conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopy based on the conventional treatment.The curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results Of the ectopic pregnancy indicators:the surface grass-roots level thickness after treatment,the time of uterine recovery to normal,the success rate of surgical treatment and the level of HGG in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Of the cervical pregnancy indicators:the bleeding volume during surgery and the time of uterine recovery to normal in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy and cervical pregnancy is remarkable,which can shorten the uterine recovery time,improve the success rate of surgery and reduced the bleeding in the operation process.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
