真菌性阴道炎患者经克霉唑阴道片与制霉菌素栓治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析真菌性阴道炎患者经克霉唑阴道片与制霉菌素栓治疗的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的300例真菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(150例)与对照组(150例)。对照组予制霉菌素栓治疗,研究组给予克霉唑阴道片治疗。比较两组真菌性阴道炎患者的治疗总有效率与不良反应总发生率。结果与对照组比较,研究组150例真菌性阴道炎患者治疗之后的总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组150例真菌性阴道炎患者治疗之后的不良反应总发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真菌性阴道炎患者经克霉唑阴道片与制霉菌素栓治疗的效果显著,克霉唑阴道片的治疗效果显著优于制霉菌素栓,且不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。Objective To analyze the efficacy of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and nystatin suppository in the treatment of patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods Three hundred cases of fungal vaginitis treated in our hospital from January2016toDecember2016were selected and divided into study group(150cases)and control group(150cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with nystatin suppository,and the study group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets.The total effective rate and total adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total efficiency of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment of the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and nystatin suppository in patients with fungal vaginitis is significant.The therapeutic effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets was significantly better than that of nystatin suppository,with lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
