不同方式治疗新生儿先天性心脏病合并心力衰竭、肺动脉高压的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析新生儿先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压及心力衰竭经前列地尔脂微球治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至12月收治的76例新生儿先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压及心力衰竭患儿作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(38例)与对照组(38例)。对照组行常规治疗,研究组基于常规治疗行前列地尔脂微球治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗的肺动脉收缩压、左室射血分数、呼吸频率明显改善,且与对照组比较,研究组治疗后的上述指标明显更优(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组的治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论新生儿先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压及心力衰竭经前列地尔脂微球治疗的临床效果显著,可有效改善临床各项指标,值得推广运用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of prostaglandin microspheres on neonatal congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension and heart failure.Methods Seventy-six children with congenital heart diseasecomplicated with pulmonary hypertension and heart failure in our hospital from January to December2017were enrolled,they were divided into study group(38cases)and control group(38cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the study group was treated with prostaglandin microspheres on the basis of the conventional therapy.The clinical effects were compared in the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the pulmonary artery systolic pressure,left ventricular ejection fraction and respiratory rate of the two groups improved significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the above indexes of the study group were significantly better(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prostaglande microspheres has significant clinical effect on neonatal congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertensionandheartfailure,whichcaneffectivelyimprovetheclinicalindicators,itisworthpromoting.
