爱母节育环与金属单环对产后避孕成功率及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察爱母节育环与金属单环的避孕效果及对产后避孕成功率及依从性的影响。方法选取80例初次放置节育环者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组放置金属单环避孕,观察组放置爱母节育环避孕。随访观察两组避孕效果、避孕依从性、上环情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组避孕成功率(97.50%)显著高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组上环时间、术后2 h出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组带器妊娠、TUD脱落下移、疼痛、出血、月经紊乱发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论爱母节育环产后避孕成功率显著高于金属单环,依从性高及不良反应发生率少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Mcu intrauterine contraceptive device and metal monocyclic contraceptive effects on postpartum contraceptive success rate and compliance.Methods Eighty patients with first placement of thecontraceptive ring were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with40cases in each group.The control group was placed with metal monocyclic contraception,and the observation group placed the Mcu intrauterine contraceptive device.The effects of contraception,contraception compliance,upper ring situation and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The success rate of contraception in the observation group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The total adherence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of upper ring time and2h bleeding after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of pregnancy,TUD fall,pain,bleeding and menstrual disorders of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The success rate of Mcu intrauterine contraceptive device is significantly higher than that of metal monocyclic contraceptive,with high incidence of adherence and low adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
