从华为和腾讯数据之争看规范用户数据管理的重要性

摘　　要：2017年8月4日,《华尔街日报》报道了华为公司和腾讯公司的用户数据争夺事件,引发业界广泛讨论。华为通过旗下荣耀Magic手机收集用户数据,来源包括微信、支付宝等热门应用。腾讯认为,华为此举是从腾讯手上夺取数据,并侵犯了微信用户的隐私。华为认为,其数据收集行为已获得用户授权,并未侵犯用户隐私。华为和腾讯的数据之争。凸显出用户数据管理的重要性及我国在此方面的严重不足,有必要深入分析并提出针对性的措施建议。In August4,2017,the Wall Street Journal reported on HUAWEI and Tencent's user datacontention,which led to widespread discussion in the industry.HUAWEIcollect user data through its glory Magic mobile phone,the data sources includes WeChat,Alipay and other popular applications.Tencent believes that HUAWEI's move is to grab data from Tencent,and violate the privacy of WeChat users.HUAWEI believes that its data collection behavior has been authorized by the user,does not violate user privacy.The data contention between HUAWEI and Tencent highlights the importance of user data management,and the serious shortageof user data managementin our country.It is necessary to analyze the contentionand put forward some specific measures and suggestions.
