摘　　要：目的:探讨毛囊单位移植在皮肤创面修复中的应用效果。方法:创面采用毛囊单位移植方法进行治疗,应用EQ-5D问卷,评估术前及术后12个月患者生活质量。结果:本研究共治疗创面9例,均采用毛囊单位移植技术治疗创面,术后无严重并发症,创面完全愈合。术前EQ-5D问卷总分为(0.24±0.11)分低于术后的(0.80±0.05)分,术前EQ-5D直观模拟评分量表得分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)为(78.33±6.48)分低于术后的(94.11±2.18)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:毛囊单位移植治疗创面是安全有效的方法,对提升患者生活质量具有积极意义。Objective To discuss the application of hair follicle unit transplantation in the cutaneous wound therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis of patients underwent therapy with hair follicles was performed.Assessment of the quality of life before and12months after the operation by EQ-5D.Results9patients were enrolled in the study,total wound closure was observed at all patients and adverse events were rare and controllable.Total outcomes were satisfied,the EQ-5D index score and VAS score of9patients were significantly improved after the operation(0.24±0.11vs0.80±0.05,and78.33±6.48vs94.11±2.18),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion This study demonstrated that hair follicles can achieve satisfied overall clinical outcomes and positive quality of life.Hair follicles should be considered an effective surgical technique for the treatment of chronic cutaneous wounds.
