摘　　要：目的:探讨在超声定位并实时介导下行颞颊部聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶抽吸术的应用效果,评判该法能否在注射物残留、面部美容效果及并发症发生等方面达到较好疗效。方法:2015年9月-2017年6月笔者科室收治的行颞颊部聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出的25例患者为研究对象,术中超声下异物定位,确定填充物层次,引导穿刺方向,注射器反复冲洗、抽吸异物,实时动态监测抽吸状况,术后随访,对并发症、面部形态等问题进行分析总结。结果:25例中17例异物彻底取出,8例患者经二次手术后异物彻底取出。所有患者局部硬结消失、囊腔闭合,无并发症发生。结论:超声引导下行颞颊部聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶抽吸术可提高有效性、安全性及塑形性,具有较大应用价值,可作为聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出的首选术式。Objective To explore the applicational value of aspiration guided by ultrasound and mediated in real time in tempus and buccalis of polyacrylamide hydrogel,and to evaluate its efficacy on the removal of injectable substances,facial beauty and complications.Methods Data of25patients from September2015to June2017were retrospectively analyzed.In these operations,we located the position and level of the implants by ultrasound,guided the orientation of puncture,used syringe to rinse and pumped the implants,monitored the status of aspiration.Then with the follow-up,we summarized from the complications and paramorphia.Results The implants of17cases were thoroughly removed,8cases were thoroughly removed through second surgery.Among all of them,the scleroma has been disappeared,the lacuna was closed,and no complications occurred.Conclusion The aspiration guided by ultrasound of polyacrylamide hydrogel improves the effectiveness,safety and plasticity,has higher application value and can be used as the best choice in the realm of tempus and buccalis.
