摘　　要：分配理论是克拉克经济理论的核心部分。文章主要对克拉克分配理论中所采用的动态和静态分析方法进行探讨,研究克拉克分配理论的主要内容,即边际生产力论、工资论和利息论。在此基础上,再对克拉克分配理论的方法和主要内容进行简要述评。旨在于,一方面使我们清楚地认识资产阶级经济学体系的主要目的和阶级本质;另一方面对我国现阶段的经济发展和收入分配制度改革,有一定的借鉴作用。Distribution theory is the core part of Clark’s economic theory.This paper makes an exploration of the dynamic and stationaryanalysis method involved in the distribution theory by Clark,and of the main contents of distribution theory,viz.,marginal productivity,theory of wages and theory of interests.And then,this paper makes a brief comment upon the methods and main contents of distributiontheory with a viewto letting us have a good understanding of the chief goal and nature of economic systemof bourgeois and to providingcertain references to China’s current economic development and the reformof income distribution.
