梅州市人民医院2013年～2014年院前急救流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的:分析梅州市人民医院2013年~2014年院前急救流行病学的特征,为将来有效地利用急救资源提供参考依据,更好地提高医院的医疗急救水平。方法:从急救中心指挥系统数据库中调取2013年~2014年所有的急救数据,对医院院前急救患者的性别、年龄、伤患类型,出诊时间分布等流行病学资料进行统计分析。结果:四年里梅州市人民医院急救科共出诊抢救患者14 000例,急救患者以男性居多,分布在45~55岁的患者最多,创伤在医院院前急救患者死亡原因中所占比例为38.1%,其次为心脑血管疾病35.1%,均成为致死的两大重要原因。结论:创伤和心脑血管疾病是院前急救高发疾病,医院应根据本地区院前急救流行病学特点,科学分配医疗资源,为梅州市人民医院的医疗急救系统做好急救规划,提高院前急救的质量和效率。Objective To analysis of meizhou city people′s hospital in2013~2014epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital emergency effectively use first aid resources provide a reference basis for the future,to better improve the level of hospital medical first aid.Method From meizhou city people′s hospital emergency command system in the database,quashing all emergency data from2013to2014of pre-hospital emergency hospital patient′s gender,age,injury types,visits the time distribution of epidemiological data for statistical analysis.Results Four years in meizhou city people′s hospital emergency department visits rescue patients14000cases,in the majority with male emergency patients,distributed in45to55years old,most patients with sudden death in patients with pre-hospital emergency hospital as a proportion of the cause of death was38.1%,followed by cardiovascular disease by35.1%,as the two most important cause of death.Conclusion Sudden death and cardiovascular diseases is urumqi high incidence of disease,pre-hospital emergency first-aid before hospital should be based on local OuYuan epidemiological characteristics,the scientific allocation of medical resources,in meizhou city people′s hospital emergency medical system completes the emergency plan,improve the quality and efficiency of pre-hospital first aid.
