住培实训中心与战时人防医院双模式设计探索

摘　　要：为推进住院医师规范化培训实训中心建设工程,充分发挥城市战时人防医院场地资源的作用,通过对需求、可行性、设计难点的分析研究,探索符合战时人防医院建设标准的实训中心双模式设计方案,并对功能区域规划、双模式设计原则及工程重点环节进行了充分阐述,开启了战时人防医院与实训中心融合开发的新途径、新模式,为住培实训中心建设提供实践参考。In order to promote resident standardized training center construction project,and make full use of the role of site resources of urban wartime civil air defense hospital,through analysis and research of demand analysis,feasibility and design difficulties,to explore dual model design scheme of training center conforming to the construction standard of wartime civil air defense hospital,and to expound the function of regional planning,the dual pattern design principle and the key link of the project,also to open up new approaches and models of integration development of wartime civil air defense hospital and training center,which to provide practical reference and guide for the construction of resident standardizied training center.
