摘  要:目的:利用NS51003漆酶对杨木CTMP浆进行生物酶处理,研究漆酶对纸浆模塑包装材料抗张性能的影响。方法:通过拉伸强度测试和红外光谱对纸浆模塑包装材料的强度及木素结构变化进行分析。结果:漆酶处理的最佳酶促反应条件为:漆酶用量8U/g浆;浆浓5%;pH值4.5;反应温度25℃;反应时间120min;通空气。结论:在此条件下漆酶处理杨木CTMP浆,纸浆中残余木素在漆酶处理过程中部分被氧化降解,纸浆模塑包装材料的抗张性能得到明显的提高。The NS51003laccase was used to treat poplar CTMP pulps to study the effect of laccase on the tensile properties of pulp molded packaging materials.The strength and surface lignin structure change of pulp molded packaging materials were analyzed by tensile strength test andinfrared spectroscopy.The optimal enzymatic reaction conditions for laccase treatment are as follows:laccase dosage is8U/g pulp;pulp concentration is5%;pH4.5;reaction temperature is25℃;reaction time is120min.Under this condition,residual lignin in the pulp is partially oxidized during laccase treatment,the tensile properties of CTMP pulp are significantly improved by laccase treatment.
