摘  要:根据对市场商用车空压机的调查来看,窜油故障较为普遍的现象,如何全面的分析窜油的主要原因及其危害,然后通过改进优化相关零部件来解决根本问题。例如:活塞回油孔,活塞环槽,活塞润滑油道,调整气泵过杆轴间以及提高气缸气密性等等方法来达到有效地控制空压机窜油的目的。车辆在实际使用过程中,空压机的窜油严重性很难辨别,需要通过各种手段拆检分析、回场测试,机油消耗量检测以及台架检测等。之后才能针对造成窜油的主要因素逐一采取解决措施,除了气泵本体质量的不断改进提升外,通过整车和零部件测试还发现进气管路的布置有效降低进气负压,也能大大地降低窜油故障。According to the survey of market commercial vehicle air compressor,oil fault common phenomenon,how to comprehensive analysis of the main causes of oil and its harm,and then through improved optimization to solve the fundamental problems related spare parts.For example:the piston.Oil return hole,ring grooves,piston oil way,adjust the pump rod axial and increase cylinder air tightness and so on methods to achieve the purpose of effectively control air compressor oil.Vehicles in the process of actual use,air compressor oil severity is very difficult to distinguish,need to overhaul analysis by various means,back to the field test,the oil consumption test and bench test,etc.For only after the main factors one by one,resolve measures of oil,in addition to the pump body quality continuous improvement to promote,through the vehicle and parts test also found that the arrangement of the intake pipe road effectively reduce intake negative pressure,also can greatly reduce the oil of failure.
