摘　　要：《中国制造2025》的提出,为我国的汽车零部件再制造行业带来了新的机遇。作为汽车行业中变废为宝、提高报废汽车材料利用率的重要环节,这使得汽车再制造产业在当今的中国日益重要。根据变速箱再制造表面修复技术的国内外研究和应用现状,文章阐述了变速箱再制造的含义和变速箱在使用过程中造成的零件的失效形式,提出了表面修复技术的概念并对其进行了详细的介绍,指出了各种技术在修复零件中的应用范围。同时,文章也对汽车零部件再制造中表面修复技术的应用进行了总结和展望。The proposition of"China Manufacturing 2025"brings new opportunities for the auto parts remanufacturing industry in china.As an important link in the automobile industry to improve the utilization rate of scrap automobile materials,the automobile remanufacturing industry is becoming more and more important in China.According to the domestic and foreign research and application status of gearbox remanufacturing surface repair technology,this paper expounds the meanings of the gearbox remanufacturing and gearbox in use process caused by the failure forms of the parts,puts forward the concept of surface repair technology and carries on the detailed introduction,points out the scope of all kinds of technology in the application of the repair parts.At the same time,this paper also summarizes and prospects the application of surface repair technology in Remanufacturing of auto parts.
