摘 要:现如今国内外主机厂对汽车内饰件开发周期和成本要求越来越高,所以降低开发成本和缩短开发周期及提高零件精度受到人们的热切关注。3D打印成型技术则能快速制作造型复杂的零部件,当发现产品设计出现问题时,修改3D数据重新打印即可对产品再次进行匹配验证。因此3D打印技术不但能降低零部件的研发成本、缩短研发周期,还能提高零件精度。文章以汽车内饰件出风口总成为例系统的介绍了3D打印快速成型技术。Now the requirements of Domestic or foreign OEMs on the automotive interior parts development cycle cost are getting higher and higher,so reducing development costs and shortening the development cycle and improving part accuracy are getting the people's high attention.3D printing technology can quickly create components with complex shape,when product design problems happen,it can be verified again quickly by modifying the 3D data and printing again.So 3D printing technology can not only reduce the cost of R&D parts,shorten the development cycle,but also improve the accuracy of parts.In this paper,air vent assy.of automotive interior parts is taken as an example to introduce the 3D printing technology.
