摘  要:文章主要研究碰撞和孔径对喷嘴喷雾特性的影响,主要采用两种孔径下的碰撞喷嘴及一个不带碰撞的喷嘴进行研究,在搭建好的喷雾实验台上进行宏观锥角照片的采集和微观液滴尺寸等特性参数进行采集。结果表明:碰撞喷嘴比普通不带碰撞的喷嘴雾化锥角大,而粒径变化不大,可以用于需要大范围喷雾场的用途,而对于碰撞喷嘴,孔径越大,喷雾范围越大,但雾化粒子直径变大,雾化效果变差。This paper mainly study the effect of collision and nozzle diameter on spray characteristics.The collision nozzles are adopted to investigate the difference of characteristics between them.In the spray test system,we adopt the spray cone angle the Sauter mean diameterto evaluate the effect of atomization.After compare and analysis the parameters adopted before,it is clear to get the influence of collision and nozzle diameter on spray characteristics.Results show that the collision nozzle can get larger spray cone angle than ordinary nozzle without collision,and their Sauter mean diameter are almost unchanged,which shows that the collision nozzle can be used for wide range field of spray.For the collision nozzle,the larger the nozzle diameter,the greater the spray cone angle,but the atomized Sauter mean diameter become larger.
