塔里木油田某凝析油管道腐蚀原因分析及解决措施

摘　　要：塔里木油田某凝析油外输管道投产不满半年即多次出现腐蚀泄漏现象,不仅造成油气资源浪费、管道沿线环境污染,而且存在较大安全隐患。从被腐蚀凝析油管道运行特点、管道腐蚀穿孔位置、凝析油处理过程以及腐蚀管段试验研究等方面加以分析,得知管道低输量运行以及凝析油中含有的硫化氢和高矿化度水脱除不彻底是造成管道腐蚀穿孔的主要原因。针对性地提出了凝析油处理工艺改造方案,通过对试油井来液单独处理、对外输凝析油进行深度脱水,严格控制外输油品的硫化氢含量和含水率,实现有效缓解管道腐蚀的目标。同时,在管道设计建设与油藏预测规律适应性、管道日常运行管理、添加缓蚀剂及加强管道腐蚀监测力度等方面提出了建议,对于保证凝析油外输管道安全运行有较大指导作用。Corrosion and leakage phenomena have happened many times in some condensate oil pipe-line in Talimu Oilfield within less than half a year after the pipeline putting into operation.It not only wastes oil resource,pollutes the environment surrounding the pipeline,but also has high safety hidden danger.By analyzing operation characteristics of the corroded pipeline,the corrosion and perforation locations,the condensate oil treatment process and the experimental research of corroded sections,it is found that the major reasons of pipeline corrosion and perforation are the low throughput operation of the pipeline and the incomplete removal of the wastewater with hydrogen sulfide and high degree of mineralization in condensate oil.The targeted modified scheme of condensate oil treatment process is put forward,namely through treating the inlet fluid of appraisal wells respectively and deeply dehydrat-ing the outwards transportation condensate oil,the hydrogen sulfide concentration and water cut in outwards transportation oil can be controlled strictly,and then the purpose of effectively retarding pipe-line corrosion can be realized.In addition,suggestions are proposed on pipeline design and construc-tion,oil reservoir prediction regularity adaptability,pipeline daily operation and management,corro-sion inhibitor addition and intensive monitoring of pipeline corrosion,which are of guide significance to ensure the safe operation of the condensate oil pipeline.
