小尺寸水泥混凝土路面在新肇油田的应用

摘　　要：外围油田面临着产能建设道路系统投资所占比例增大、新建道路征地费用不断增长、常规沥青混合料井排路使用寿命短、改造速度跟不上损坏速度等问题。现油田井排路的路面类型多为沥青混合料路面和水泥混凝土路面,相比较于沥青混合料路面,水泥混凝土路面具有承载能力强、养护费用低及使用寿命长等优势,因此针对水泥混凝土的材料特性重点研究了水泥混凝土轮迹路面、全铺筑小尺寸板水泥混凝土路面在油田的应用。基于有限元理论计算了不同平面尺寸水泥路面板荷载应力和温度应力,计算分析表明,当板尺寸小于1.75 m×2 m时,荷载应力和温度应力分别降低23%和40%以上,板厚降低4~8 cm;通过不同基层上的室内足尺试验确定了不同厚度板的极限破坏荷载,避免了油田作业车重载造成的一次性断板破坏;通过现场试验和建设投资分析,证明水泥混凝土轮迹路面、水泥混凝土全铺筑小尺寸板路面能够满足油田生产需求,投资分别降低12%~20%和6%~18%。Periphery oilfields encounter many problems,such as the investment proportion of pro-ductivity construction road system increases,the expense of land acquisition for newly built road in-creases constantly,the service life of common bituminous mixture well drain road is short,and the renovation speed cannot catch up with the damage speed.At present,the pavement types of well drain roads in oilfield are mostly bituminous mixture pavement and cement concrete pavement.Compared with bituminous mixture pavement,cement concrete pavement has advantages of strong carrying ca-pacity,low maintenance expense and long service life.Thus,the application of cement concrete wheelmark pavement and full-paving small-sized baseboard cement concrete pavement in oilfields is mainly studied against the material features of cement concrete.The loading stress and temperature stress of cement pavement board with different horizontal sizes are computed through finite element the-ory.It indicates that when the size of the board is smaller than1.75×2m,load stress and temperature stress can be declined by more than23%and40%respectively,and the thickness of the board can be declined by4~8cm.The ultimate failure loads of boards with different thicknesses are determined by laboratory full size experiment with different basement layers,which avoids the one-time damage to the board caused by heavy load of operating vehicles in oilfields.Through fields tests and construction investment analysis,cement concrete wheelmark pavement and s cement concrete full-paving small-sized baseboard pavement are proved to meet the production requirement of oilfields and the investment can be declined by12~20%and6~18%respectively.
