摘　　要：在社会经济的飞速发展影响下,建设工程的造价管理与控制工作受到了人们的重点关注,尤其是建设工程的全过程造价管理与控制工作更加重要,主要是从建设工程的立项工作开始,在建设项目的初级阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段以及合同签订、施工,最后的建设工程竣工结算都包含在内,更加全面、仔细的落实工程造价管控工作,其中还用到了先进的信息技术、经济以及法律法规等方法,实现建设项目整个过程中工程造价的科学预测、进一步优化、研究分析及控制监管等,从而实现建设资源的合理化配置,从根本上提升建设工程的经济利益。With the rapid development of social economy,people pay more attention to the cost management and control of construction projects,especially the whole process cost management and control work of construction project is more important.It is mainly from the construction project establishment work,in the construction project initial stage,the design stage,the bidding stage and the contract signing,the construction,the final settlement of construction project,more comprehensively and carefully implement project cost control work,which also use advanced information technology,economy and laws and regulations and other methods to realize the scientific prediction,further optimization,research analysis and control of the project cost in the whole process of construction project,to realize the rational allocation of construction resources,fundamentally improve the economic interests of construction projects.
