摘　　要：我国"互联网+医疗"虽处于初级阶段,但发展相当迅速,大数据、云医院、远程医疗等正改变着患者传统的就医方式。很多省市在以新型的医疗大数据为产业基础,进行应用探索,推进医疗大数据惠民便民应用。本文基于承德市现阶段区域卫生信息化的建设情况,分析承德市当前卫计生信息化顶层设计和整体布局,从大数据的角度给出布局建议,并根据承德市医疗大数据的来源分类,探讨承德市医疗大数据现阶段可应用层面及未来可视化应用方向。Although"Internet+Medical"in China is in the initial stage,it has developed quite rapidly.Big data,cloud hospitals and telemedicine are changing the traditional way of medical treatment for patients.Many provinces and cities are exploring applications based on new medical big data,to promote medical big data benefit people.Based on the construction of regional health informatization in Chengde City at this stage,this paper analyzes the top design and overall layout of current informants of health informants in Chengde,and gives the layout suggestions from the perspective of big data.According to the source classification of medical big data in Chengde City,this paper discusses the application level of Chengde City medical big data at the present stage and the future direction.
