高校编辑的职业发展初探

摘　　要：关注高校编辑这一重要又特殊群体的职业发展,从现有的岗位设置,指出高校编辑职业发展受阻的原因,并提出高校编辑职业发展的策略,以期为高校编辑探寻一条合适的职业发展道路。This paper pays attention to the career development of college editors who are important and special,and points out the reason that the career development is hindered from the existing positions,then puts forward the editors′career development strategy,in order to find a way of right career development for college editors.
