摘　　要：大学生就业满意度是衡量高校人才培养水平的一项重要指标,是毕业生就业质量的集中体现。本文在对大学生就业满意度第三方评价数据分析的基础上,指出就业质量(薪金)与职业发展、兴趣与专业对口程度是影响大学生就业满意度最为关键的因素,同时就如何通过高校机制体制创新提高毕业生就业满意度进行深入的探讨。The college students′job satisfaction is an important index to measure the level of personnel training in colleges,also the concentrated expression of the employment quality of graduates.Based on the third-party evaluation data analysis of college students′job satisfaction,this paper points out that the quality of employment(salary)and career development,interest and professional counter?parts are the most crucial factors affecting the college students′job satisfaction.At the same time,the author puts forward a deep dis?cussion on improving college students′job satisfaction through college innovations in systems and mechanisms.
