摘 要:基于高压共轨电控柴油机无回油喷油器轨压控制,分析了柴油机在负荷突增、突降及轨压跟随性控制困难的原因,并在高压共轨电控燃油喷射系统的基础上,通过在共轨管上增加1个自制的PVC阀,在ECU上增加一路控制通道,设计了柴油机轨压的控制策略,分别对负荷突增、突降及反复加大、减小油门进行试验,结果表明采用柴油机轨压的控制策略可有效改善柴油机轨压控制。Based on the rail pressure control of high pressure common rail electrically controlled diesel engine without oil return injector,the causes of diesel engine whose load suddenly increases or suddenly drops are analyzed.Based on the basic theory of high pressure common rail electrically controlled fuel injection system,a control strategy of rail pressure of diesel engine is designed.A test of changing load suddenly and repeating increasing or reducing throttle are carried out for several time.The results show that the control strategy can effectively improve rail pressure control.This control strategy in the common rail tube,provide a method to the ECU control channel by adding a homemade PVC valve.
