摘　　要：海外项目的实施中,由于各方面的不稳定性,责任成本管理体系的建立对项目尤其重要,成本管控是项目盈利的必要手段和有力保障。本文结合某海外项目实例,介绍在责任成本管控方面的一些做法,在项目工、料、机方面成本控制列举了几点措施,为海外项目的成本管控提供参考案例。In overseas project implementation,due to various aspects of instability,the establishment of the responsibility cost management system is especially important for the project,cost control is the essential means and a powerful guarantee to project profitability.Combined with an overseas project example,this paper introduces the responsibility cost control practices,lists several measures of the cost control in project engineering,material and machine,it can provide a reference for the cost management of overseas projects.
