摘　　要：通过对我院PB840呼吸机发生的3例故障进行分析,找到故障原因并解决故障,总结故障预防措施以及减少故障的发生率。文中所述故障包括呼吸机使用过程中突然黑屏,呼吸机开机后有告警提示呼吸机功能异常,开机后触摸屏无显示。在了解相关模块电路的基础上,通过软件日志分析、EST自检、更换配件,解决了这几例故障。PB840呼吸机遇到故障时,应该首先想到使用呼吸机提供的EST自检功能进行故障的定位和相关部件的复位,同时应该结合PB840呼吸机提供的日志功能,通过查询日志获得机器的错误代码和相关的事件记录。进行维修时应该根据故障现象,从可能性最大、最容易处理的原因入手进行处理,往往能够起到节省人力、物力的效果。This paper aimed to find the cause of failures,summarize preventive measures and reduce the rate of failure,through analyzing 3 fault cases of PB480 ventilator in our hospital.The fault cases described in this paper included suddenly black screen during use,alerting of abnormal function after start and no display of touch screen after start.These faults were solved by software log analysis,EST self-inspection,replacement of parts,on the basis of understanding relevant circuit.When PB480 encounter faults,the first thought should be using EST self-inspection function offered by ventilator to locate the fault and reset relative parts,error code and relative event records should be inquired in combination with log function of PB480.Maintenance work should be carried out according to failure phenomenon,start from the cause of greatest possibility and easiest mastery,so as to save human and material resources.
