摘　　要：呼吸机是医院必备的抢救设备,也是常用的临床辅助呼吸设备,既能为患者延长生命争取宝贵治疗时间,也能为患者治疗创造良好条件。西门子MAQUET Servo-s呼吸机是专门为成年患者需要气管切开或无创(面罩)通气支持而设计的呼吸机。本文主要介绍了MAQUET Servo-s呼吸机的使用前自检及故障自检功能,并通过其自检故障代码"技术性故障5"和故障现象,来分析判断机器的故障原因,并利用专业设备和专业知识进行电路板维修,提高工程师维修能力的同时也为医院节约维修经费。Ventilator is a kind of emergency equipment which is necessary for first aid in hospital,and it is commonly used in clinical adjuvant.This machine can strive for valuable treatment time for extending patient’s life,and it can create good treatment conditions for patient’s treatment.Siemens MAQUET Servo-s ventilator is designed for tracheotomy and noninvasive ventilation support(via face mask)of adult patients.In the present study,the pre-use self-inspection function and fault self-checking function of MAQUET Servo-s were introduced,and the cause of the fault by fault code“technique fault 5”and failure phenomenon was found.The circuit board was repaired by use of professional equipment and professional knowledge,the maintenance ability of engineer was enhanced and the maintenance fund was saved.
