摘　　要：本文通过对史密斯FWZ-50C6单道注射泵的一例维修进行分析,探讨引起该故障的原因及解决方法。与以往的维修不同之处在于,该故障综合了无法开机、自动开关机及步进电机不工作3个故障现象,我们通过查找该款注射泵的工作原理电路图及电路中的主要工作电子元件的工作原理,分析故障出现与电子元件的关系,进行针对性的维修。工程师需要具备扎实的基本功,熟知设备及电子元件的原理,才能提高对故障现象的分析能力,快速解决故障。This paper analyzed one fault case of Smith FWZ-50C6 single pass injection pump,discussed cause of the failure and solutions.Unlike common fault cases,the fault phenomenon were composed of unable to boot,automatically turning-on-and-off,the motor was not working.We analyzed the relationship between fault and electronic component and conducted targeted maintenance,through finding working principle of the injection pump circuit diagram and the main working principle of electronic components in the circuit.Clinical engineers should acquire basic skill,know the working principle of electronic component well.In this premise,they can enhance the fault analysis ability and solve the problem quickly.
