摘　　要：当今国际网络技术和计算机科技的发展迅猛,医院传统的放射治疗科工作模式已经显露出各种弊端,甚至阻碍放射治疗学科(以下简称放疗科)的发展。本论文根据对放射治疗前期工作实际进行需求分析和规划设计;利用数据库设计管理信息系统,在流程上实现放射治疗前期工作中技术人员对患者进行模拟定位和直线加速器治疗的预约管理,实现患者在放疗前期的定位扫描、资料登记以及对应患者的治疗计划的各个流程进行规划设计,提升了整个放疗科的工作效率和工作安全。With the development of international network technology,the traditional work mode of radiotherapy in hospital has revealed various shortcomings,which impedes the development of radiotherapy discipline.The demand analysis and planning design were carried out based on the actual work of radiotherapy,and the management information system was designed.Therefore,the radiotherapy simulation of patients and the appointment management of linear accelerator therapy were realized in the process of radiotherapy.Then the patient’s positioning scan,data registration and surgical procedure planning were implemented in the early stage of radiotherapy.This study makes it possible for radiotherapy department to improve the work efficiency and safety.
