从综合治疗机维修谈青年医工素质培养

摘　　要：结合综合治疗机维修实例,本研究探讨了加强青年医工人员素质培养的方法。要求医工技术人员了解医疗设备的工作原理,理清维修思路,结合维修工作的特点,在维修分析判断故障时要力求精准,通过初期的"望、闻、问、切"与笔记,养成良好的维修习惯,提高业务素质。在维修工作实践中,应结合设备的实际情况,具体分析故障产生的原因,多加观察,对医疗设备进行统筹检修,提高工作效率,尽快完成从高职学生到青年医工的完美转型。According to the maintenance procedure of the integrated treatment machine,discussed the methods of strengthing the quality training of young medical engineers.The medical engineers should understand the working principle of medical equipment and clarify the thinking of maintenance when analyzed the causes.In order to improve professional competence,they should develop good maintenance habits through carrying out the initial“looking,listening,asking,feeling”and taking notes.It is necessary to combine the actual situation of the equipment,analyze the causes,and carry out an overall maintenance of medical equipment in the practice of maintenance work.Thus,the work efficiency will be improved and the perfect transformation from higher vocational students to young medical engineers will be completed as soon as possible.
