摘  要:目的分析患者接受锝(^(99)Tc^m)单光子发射计算机断层成像术(SPECT)扫描后第一个半衰期内的放射示踪剂残留情况以及其对公众的辐射安全问题。方法 SPECT骨扫描的患者注射放射示踪剂^(99)TC^m后,在第一个半衰期内进行患者体表肾区的放射性物质残留射线的测量。分别对所得数据进行统计分析,得出在示踪剂第一个半衰期内其体表肾区放射残留量随患者年龄及注射药物后的时间的变化趋势图。结果注射^(99)TC^m第一个半衰期内,患者体表肾区所测得的放射示踪剂残留剂量逐渐减少,患者的体表肾区放射剂量随年龄增加而增加,注射药物后时间对体表肾区放射剂量的影响大于患者年龄对其的影响。结论公众在上述情况下的受照剂量远远小于国内外法律规定的限制,完全没有必要对经过SPECT检查的患者产生恐慌。Objective To analysis the patients radiation tracer residues after Technetium(99Tcm)Single-photonemission computed tomography(SPECT)scan and its influence to public.Methods Patients in the SPECT bone scanwere injected with radioactive tracer9Tcm and measured the residual radioluminescence of radioactive material in thepatient忆s kidney surface during the first half-life.The data were analyzed statistically,and the change trend of theradiation in the kidney surface of the trachea with the age of the patient and the time of the injection of the drug in thefirst half-life of the tracer was obtained.Results In the first half-life of99Tcm,the dose of radiation tracer measured in thekidney surface of the patient was gradually decreased,and the radiation dose of the kidney surface of the patient increasedwith age.The effect of time after injection on the radiation dose of the kidney surface of the body surface is greater thanthat of the patient忆s age.Conclusion Public radiation dose in the above case is smaller than the limit prescribed by thedomestic and foreign laws.There is no need to panic after the patient SPECT examination
