摘 要:针对某丘陵山地拖拉机转向功能要求,设计了一种四轮转向同步液压系统,介绍了丘陵山地拖拉机四轮转向同步液压系统的工作原理,基于AMESim建立了四轮转向同步液压系统的仿真模型,对转向系统转向过程的动态特性进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:四轮转向同步液压系统能够实现前轮转向和四轮转向两种模式,可以根据需求切换转向模式;采用四轮转向时,齿轮同步器能够按比例分配流量,即根据前后转向液压缸对流量的需求进行流量分配,从而使前后转向液压缸的活塞杆基本同时到达终点,实现转向同步。According to the functional requirements of the steering system in hillside tractor,a kind of four wheel steering synchronous hydraulic system is designed for the hillside tractor and its working principle is introduced.The simulation model of four wheel steering synchronous hydraulic system is established based on AMESim.Meanwhile the dynamic characteristics of steering system are analyzed through the simulation results.It is found that front wheel steering and four wheel steering can be achieved through the four wheel steering synchronous hydraulic system,and these two steering modes can be switched flexibly according to the operating conditions.In this hydraulic system,the gear synchronizer could distribute the flow of front and rear steering hydraulic cylinders according to the demands of the mode of four wheel steering.Thereby,the piston rod of front and rear steering cylinders both reach destinations at the same time.Thus steering synchronization is achieved.
