摘  要:针对高温风机使用工况,进行了集装式、双端面机械密封及循环冲洗系统的设计。采用有限元分析方法计算了介质侧密封环的温度分布,理论验证了设计的准确性;机械密封装置在风机上进行了常温和高温试验,试验结果表明,设计出的机械密封装置及系统完全能满足现场使用要求。Based on working conditions of the high temperature blower,the cartridge dual mechanical seal and circulation flushing system was designed.The temperature distribution law of the seal rings near medium was calculated by finite element method;the accuracy of the design was verified by the theory.The mechanical seal device was tested on the blower at room temperature and high temperature;the test results showed that the mechanical seal device and the system can fully meet the requirements of the site.
