摘 要:核主泵密封装置的试验研究是研究开发核主泵密封的重要手段之一。该文针对自主研发的核主泵密封装置中的第2级流体动压式密封的结构型式,开展了密封端面槽型比对试验、单级密封强化运转试验以及整机密封的长周期试验等研究。长周期性能试验结果表明所研制的密封装置运行平稳,密封性能良好,性能指标达到预期目标,为今后进一步深入研究核主泵密封装置打下了良好的基础。The experimental research on the seal of the reactor coolant pump is one of the important means to study and develop the seal of the reactor coolant pump.Second stage seal adopts hydrodynamic mechanical seal structure in the mechanical seal for reactor coolant pump which has independent intellectual property rights.The research on the comparison test of the seal face groove type,the test of single stage seal strengthening operation and the long period test of the whole seal for the reactor coolant pump are carried out.The long period performance test results show that the seal for reactor coolant pump device runs smoothly,the sealing performance is good,and the performance index achieves at the expected goal.It has laid a good foundation for further research on the seal of the reactor coolant pump.
