摘 要:锅炉检验中发现部分管板连接的烟管有大量裂纹存在。本文通过有限元模拟计算,对锅炉的传热效果进行了分析和研究,从而进一步对缺陷产生管板的结构进行了建模计算,初步确定产生裂纹的原因为管板处制造时的结构不连续在高温作用下造成温差应力集中,导致裂纹的产生。A large number of cracks in the pipes connected by some tube plates were found in the boiler inspection.In this paper,through the finite element simulation,the effect of heat transfer of boiler was analyzed and modeling and calculation was carried out on the structure appearing the defect.It is preliminarily determined that the causes of crack is discontinuous structure in the manufacture of plate tube under high temperature,causing temperature difference stress concentration,which result in cracks.
