摘　　要：矿用隔爆兼本质安全型真空电磁起动器,适用于煤矿井下和其他周围介质中含有爆炸性气体的环境中,主要用于对矿用隔爆三相鼠笼型电动机直接启动停止或远距离启动停止。用途广、用量大。本文以QJZ-400/1140(660)型为例,从培训教案的方式阐述起动器的结构和工作原理,到其操作和接线,直至熟练操作起动器,以满足煤矿企业高效培训的要求。The mine flameproof and intrinsically safe vacuum electromagnetic starter for the environment of coal mines and other surrounding media containing explosive gas,mainly is used for direct start stop or remote start stop of mining explosion-proof three-phase squirrel cage motor.The use range is wide and the amount is large.Taking QJZ-400/1140(660)as an example,by using the teaching plan,the structure and working principle of the starter,to its operation and wiring,until skilled operation of the starter are explained to meet the requirements of efficient training of coal mine enterprises.
